Getting paid (payouts)
How does profit actually reach my bank?
The Apex 4.0 payout rules
This is the reference structure Helm carries for Apex's 4.0 payout model (effective 2026-03-01, last verified 2026-06-29). It is dated on purpose — Apex changes its terms, so confirm before you rely on any figure.
| Rule | Value |
|---|---|
| Minimum profitable days before first payout | 5 |
| Minimum withdrawal | $500 |
| Profit split up to $25,000 | 100% to you |
| Profit split after $25,000 | 90% you / 10% Apex |
| Safety-net floor | starting balance + drawdown + $100 |
| Consistency rule | No single day ≥ 50% of total profit at payout |

The consistency rule — the one that surprises people
When you request a payout, no single trading day may account for 50% or more of your total profit. It exists to prove you're a repeatable trader, not someone who got lucky once.
You're up $4,000 total, but $2,500 of it came on one heroic Tuesday. That day is 62.5% of your profit — over the 50% line — so you can't withdraw yet. You'd need more green days to dilute Tuesday's share below half before the payout clears.
Helm's consistency score (on your Roadmap) mirrors Apex's 50% rule and caps itself when one day dominates your profit — so you see the gate coming instead of hitting it at withdrawal time.
A payout, start to finish
- 1Bank 5+ profitable days
Trade the PA to at least five green days — the minimum before a first payout.
- 2Keep any single day under half
Spread the profit so no one day is ≥ 50% of the total (the consistency rule).
- 3Stay above the safety net
Your balance must sit above the trailing/safety-net floor — you can only withdraw genuine profit above it.
- 4Request ≥ $500
Withdraw at least the minimum; you keep 100% up to $25,000 in profits, then 90% beyond.
Payouts reward the boring trader: many small, similar green days beat one spectacular one, every time.
- First payout needs ≥5 profitable days and a $500 minimum; you keep 100% up to $25K, then 90%.
- The consistency rule blocks withdrawal if any single day is ≥50% of your total profit.
- These figures are dated (Apex 4.0, verified 2026-06-29) — always confirm current terms on Apex.
