Terms of service

Last updated: 2026-07-08

These terms govern your use of Helm. By continuing with Google and using the product, you agree to them.

The service

Helm is a read-only AI trading coach. It observes chart windows you choose to share, applies deterministic risk checks, journals your sessions, and offers advisory coaching. It is a tool for building discipline, not a broker, an advisor, or a signal service.

The read-only boundary

As a term of this agreement, Helm will not place, modify, or cancel any order, and will not connect to any broker's execution. No feature, plan, or configuration grants Helm the ability to trade on your behalf. Every trading decision is, and remains, yours alone.

Acceptable use

You agree to share only windows you are entitled to share, to use Helm for your own trading practice, and not to attempt to resell, reverse-engineer, or misrepresent its output as a trade recommendation. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Subscription and billing

Paid billing is not yet available. Until it launches, Helm is offered without charge under the current plan limits, and no purchase can be made through the product. When billing is enabled, these terms will be updated to describe fees, renewal, and cancellation before any charge occurs.

No warranty

Helm is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Coaching output is generated by a model and may be wrong. Nothing in the product is financial advice, and Helm does not guarantee any trading outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Helm is not liable for trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product. You trade at your own risk and with your own capital.

Termination

You may stop using Helm and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms. On termination, your stored data is handled as described in the privacy policy.

Draft structure and first-draft wording — pending founder and counsel review before publication. Not legal advice.
