Helm is a read-only trading coach. This page describes what it collects, what happens to it, and the choices you have. Bracketed placeholders below are decisions still open in RFC-0022 and will be resolved before publication.
What we collect
Your Google account identity, through Firebase Authentication — your email address and Google account id. The screen frames of the window you choose to share during a Live Observe session. And the trades, notes, and settings you enter yourself. Nothing outside the window you pick is ever captured.
What happens to it
Shared frames are downscaled, uploaded, and analyzed by a vision model to produce a chart read — the trend, support, and resistance you see in the session timeline. Trades and notes are stored so the coach can reference them in review. How long frames are retained depends on your configuration; see retention below.
What we never do
We never sell your data. We never trade on it — Helm has no execution path. And we never share it with a broker. The read-only promise is a data promise too.
Sub-processors
The third parties that process data on Helm's behalf, and exactly what reaches each. This table is generated from a typed constant so it can't drift from reality.

Retention
Frame retention depends on your configuration — retention can be disabled so frames are analyzed and discarded, or enabled so sessions can be replayed later. Trades and notes you enter persist until you delete them or close your account.
Your rights and deletion
You can export or delete your data at any time. Deleting your account removes your stored frames, trades, and notes. Requests are handled at {{ supportEmail }}.
