Delete your data

Sign in, open Settings, and use Delete account and data at the bottom of the page. You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm.

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone. There is no grace period and no recovery window — once it completes, your journal, your sessions, and your history are gone and Helm cannot restore them. If you want to keep any of it, save it before you delete.

Everything Helm holds that is about you:

Your account and sign-in identity. Your settings, rules, and plan. Every trading session, along with the trades, notes, and journal entries in it. Every chart frame Helm stored while observing your sessions. Your risk history, rule-violation records, and notifications. Your milestones and roadmap. Every trade you imported from a CSV or spreadsheet, and the import batches themselves. Your custom instruments and your coaching-usage counters.

If you have a paid subscription, it is cancelled as part of deletion, so you are not billed for an account that no longer exists.

Two things outlive the deletion, and neither can be used to rebuild your account:

Payment records held by Stripe. Stripe processes Helm's payments and is required to retain its own invoice and tax records. Helm never stores card details, and the references Helm did hold are deleted with your settings.

Internal webhook bookkeeping. Helm keeps the identifiers of payment events it has already processed, so a duplicate cannot be applied twice. These contain no personal information.

Operational logs may briefly retain records of the request, and expire on their normal schedule. They are not linked to a deleted account.

Deleting your Helm data has no effect on your prop-firm or broker account. That relationship is between you and the firm, and Helm has never had access to it — Helm cannot place, modify, or cancel an order, and has no connection to any broker.

Deleting your Helm account does not close, reset, pass, or fail an evaluation.

Deleting your data yourself requires signing in, so that Helm can be certain the request comes from you. If you have lost access to the Google account you signed up with, email [email protected] from the address on the account and ask for deletion. Include enough detail to identify the account.
